I have very long hair. I've been told it is my best feature, which is mainly down to my frequent use of good quality hair care and oils. TYH are a brand based in London in the UK and very kindly gifted me some of their organic hair oil to try.
I love hair oil, I'm not sure why anyone would not use it. Our hair is always being pulled around, burnt and dyed! It needs some TLC (or should I say TYH ha ha). I have used hair oil for years to guard against split ends and damage which has allowed me to grow it long. Oiling your hair especially with organic oils stops cuticles becoming damaged and calms frizz.
TYH organic hair oil uses a mix of oils including fruit oils and argon oil. I use this, and other hair oils, in two ways. The first is whenever I wash my hair before drying and styling I always add a little oil to my ends to prevent them drying out to much. The other way I use hair oil is before I wash my hair I will cover it in oil and leave it for as long as possible before washing out. This nourishes my hair and keeps it looking healthy. Some people rub hair oil into their roots but I like to concentrate on the lengths.
I have really enjoying using this hair oil from TYH, as it is cruelty free and organic along with being good quality. Some thing else I love is that as with all hair oil you need such a small amount to make your hair feel and look amazing. The bottles of TYH hair oil some in 220ml sizes so you get quite a lot for your money. I would be surprised if I ran out this year!
